RETURN POLICY FOR ON-LINE PURCHASES.

PROJECT WHITE ELEPHANT WANTS TO ENSURE YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION. FOR PROJECT WHITE ELEPHANT ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY, WE WILL ACCEPT FULL-PRICED MERCHANDISE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. THE RETURN MUST BE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. 

PLEASE CONTACT HELLO@PROJECTWHITEELEPHANT.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE ITEM YOU ARE RETURNING TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN.

MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITH THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN AND IN AN UNALTERED CONDITION. ALL ORIGINAL TICKETS MUST BE ATTACHED.

PROJECT WHITE ELEPHANT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN OF ANY MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. IN SUCH INSTANCES, PROJECT WHITE ELEPHANT WILL SEND THE PRODUCT(S) BACK AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

WE REGRET TO INFORM THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO COVER RETURN SHIPPING COST AT THIS TIME.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IN THE SAME FORM AS PAYMENT AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
